The Diversity of People. Israel is a multicultural country and is naturally a center of wide range of cultures and arts. The variety of cultures can be easily observed in Israeli jewellery. This new culture integrates many cultures that live in piece, fuse and enrich each other.

The Immediate Neighborhood. Israel is a small country located in the Middle East, Western Asia, on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. This small land is stuck in a bunch of countries and borders with Lebanon and Syria in the north, Jordan in the east, and Egypt on the south. The movement of people between these countries and their interaction with Israeli culture and cuisine is obvious in everyday life.

There is the arid Negev desert with hot summer, and dry climate in the south, occupied with carters. The north is mountainous, rainy in the winter, green and reminds Tuscany. Central coast region is humid and hot in the summer as in a typical equatorial country, just without rain.
